Use of the site
By accessing or using jaiwin.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site. Access to certain features may require account registration and identity verification in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) norms prescribed under Indian law.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers; transmit viruses, trojans, or other malicious code; engage in data scraping or harvesting of any content without prior written consent; or reproduce, duplicate, or re-sell any part of the Site. All activities on the Site must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and any other applicable Indian or international laws.
Account responsibilities
Where the Site requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. When making payments or transactions on the Site, you may use UPI-based services such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM, as well as net banking, debit cards, or other permitted payment methods. You must ensure that all payment credentials used belong to you and are authorised for use. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Jai Win will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Intellectual property
All content published on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Jai Win or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India and international conventions. Unauthorised use of any such material may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
Ownership and trademarks
The "Jai Win" name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Jai Win. You must not use such marks without the prior written consent of Jai Win. All other names, logos, product and service names, and slogans appearing on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without the written permission of Jai Win or the relevant third-party owner.
Permitted use of content
You may access, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. No content may be copied, republished, uploaded, encoded, translated, or distributed in any way, including to other websites or social media platforms, for publication or commercial purpose, without Jai Win's prior express written consent. If you submit content such as reviews or feedback to the Site, you grant Jai Win a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content, and you warrant that you own all rights to it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
